Your unprecedented opportunity to
expand sales in the law enforcement market
at a time when Law Enforcement Budgets are stressed
at all levels.
The Concept
In this austere new era
of dwindling tax revenues and slashed budgets, police
departments and other law enforcement agencies now more
than ever have an urgent mandate to shop wisely and make
every expenditure count. Every dollar that can be saved
in the purchase of supplies, equipment, vehicles, or
technology can be redirected to save a job or increase
crime prevention.
The Law Enforcement Discount Warehouse has been designed to meet
the challenges facing vendors in these trying times. It
will provide an online “one-stop shopping” destination
where law enforcement agencies can find and purchase
every product and service they need at a price that will
result in a savings for the purchasing department or
agency.
This will present vendors with a cost-effective
opportunity to expand sales online in an increasingly
competitive marketplace.
Who We Are
The creator of this new
concept, Henry Quinlan, has been publishing in the law
enforcement field since the 1960’s. The Quinlan name is
well known in the law enforcement community through
Quinlan Publishing Co, Inc. (sold to Thomson/Reuters in
2006). Henry Quinlan continues to publish in the field
through Law Enforcement Intelligence Report,
The Police Department Budget Report, The Digital
Law Report and various DVD’s
and CD’s that can be seen at (www.lawintelrpt.com).
How It Works
The process is simple and
cost-effective. A vendor rents a dedicated 200 pixel
wide x 300 pixel high space
(PRESS HERE FOR SAMPLE SPACE)
in the
Law Enforcement Discount Warehouse website for one year at the
annual rate of only $300.
The space will hold a link to a page on the advertiser’s
website that will inform the buyer of any savings or
discount that is being offered. The space may also
contain any particular wording that the advertiser
wishes.
How
It Will Be Publicized
An aggressive promotional
and marketing campaign, both online and in trade
journals, will enhance the high profile of this
innovative website. Every piece of sales material that
goes out from the Law Enforcement Intelligence Report
will help publicize the
Law Enforcement
Discount Warehouse, whether in one of its newsletters –
The Police
Department Budget Report or the
Digital Law Report
– or in any one of its 40-plus CDs and DVDs. This means
a minimum of seven contacts a year with all of the key
buyers in the law enforcement community.
The result? Expanded sales in tough
times.
The site will be promoted with an
aggressive promotional and marketing campaign both
online and off. Each month all mailing pieces that are
sent to all police departments in the county will have
an insert in it promoting the website. Each month, the
monthly issue of the Police Department Budget Report
will have an insert in it promoting the website. The
full law enforcement database of thousands of names and
mailing addresses and email addresses will be used.
Extensive use of blogs and online bulletin boards will
also be used to promote the site.
Who Should
Participate
All companies that wish
to offer savings and discounts to police departments and other law
enforcement agencies. By participating, vendors recognize the
present difficulties and demonstrate their willingness
to help.
